General Description

The University of Oxford is inviting applications for the position of Research Assistant in Experimental Psychology within its Department of Experimental Psychology. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to innovative research projects focused on advancing understanding in key areas of experimental psychology. The successful candidate will support ongoing research activities, including experiment design, data collection, data analysis, and dissemination of findings.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with principal investigators and research teams, assisting in the coordination and day-to-day management of research studies.
  • Recruiting and testing participants.
  • Maintaining accurate research records.
  • Preparing materials for experiments.
  • Contributing to academic publications and presentations.
  • Possibly provide administrative support for research projects and ensuring compliance with ethical and data management standards.
Eligibility Criteria
  • Applicants should hold or be close to completing a degree in Psychology or a closely related discipline.
  • Prior experience in experimental psychology research or a similar research environment is desirable.
  • Candidates must demonstrate an interest in psychological research and a commitment to academic excellence.

Salary Details
