Hyd Regen in Oxford is seeking an experienced Chemist to join the Chemistry R&D team. You will develop, optimise and scale catalytic hydrogenation processes in a hands-on laboratory environment, delivering high-quality data to support product development.
The role involves designing experiments with pressure reactors, performing DoE and scale-up activities, operating HPLC, NMR and UV spectroscopy, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance while collaborating across teams.
