  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Willingness to undertake occasional international travel
Nice to have
  • Semiconductor manufacturing or semiconductor process development experience
  • AFM applications within semiconductor environments
  • Scanning Probe Microscopy (SPM)
  • Electron Microscopy or complementary characterisation techniques
  • Data analysis and scientific programming skills
  • Semiconductor inspection, defect analysis or process control experience
  • Experience working in a scale‑up or fast‑growth technology company
Qualifications
  • Degree, Master's or PhD in Physics, Materials Science, Nanotechnology, Engineering or a related scientific discipline
or
  • Equivalent commercial experience gained through AFM applications, scientific instrumentation or semiconductor metrology environments
Why join Infinitesima?

Infinitesima develops world‑leading Atomic Force Microscopy technology designed specifically for semiconductor manufacturing applications.

Our Rapid Probe Microscope (RPM) technology enables high‑speed nanoscale measurement, helping semiconductor manufacturers solve increasingly complex process challenges as device geometries continue to shrink.

You’ll join a highly skilled team where your expertise will directly influence the development of next‑generation metrology solutions used across one of the world's most technologically advanced industries.

This is an opportunity to become deeply involved in cutting‑edge AFM technology development rather than simply operating existing instrumentation.

Our strength lies in the varied perspectives that come from different cultures, experiences, and identities. We believe that true innovation is fuelled by collaboration, locally and globally. We strive to foster an environment where everyone can contribute meaningfully and thrive.

If you require adjustments to take part in the recruitment process, please let us know, we’ll do our best to support you.
