Overview
Temporary Chemist – Pilot Plant, on-site for 6 months.
Location:
South East. Reference: ABJ
6515A.
- Contribute to maintaining high health & safety standards within the lab
- Prepare and blend formulations following established procedures and timelines
- Accurately record and maintain experimental data and results
- Coordinate and dispatch samples to internal and external stakeholders
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to support lab activities
- Ensure all work meets required technical and quality standards
- Provide general support across laboratory and wider technology teams
- Assist with training new team members when required
- Degree or background in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Industrial/Process Chemistry or similar
- Some laboratory or manufacturing experience (placement, internship, or work-based)
- Interest in formulation or blending (desirable but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
