Hyd Regen Oxford is seeking an experienced Fermentation Scientist to develop and optimise microbial fermentation processes for enzyme production, working across bench and pilot scales.
You will operate and troubleshoot bioreactors, design optimisation studies, analyse data and collaborate with an interdisciplinary R&D team to deliver robust processes. The role requires a degree in biology or related field and hands-on industrial fermentation experience; on-site in Oxford.
