About the Role

This part-time (0.6 FTE) post is fixed-term for 12 months and is based in the Department of Psychiatry at the Warneford Hospital, reporting to Dr Fabiana Corsi-Zuelli.

You will lead the integration of genomic and phenotypic data from large external cohorts with the project's multi-omics datasets (proteomic, metabolomic and cellular immunophenotyping) to support biomarker discovery and validation, developing reproducible analysis pipelines. You will manage your own research, work closely with the UK and French partner teams, and contribute to project reporting, publications and conference presentations.

You will possess sufficient specialist knowledge in analysing and integrating high-dimensional multi-omics data with clinical or phenotypic data, knowledge of statistical genetic approaches using large-scale resources, strong programming and reproducible research skills, and excellent communication skills for multi-site international collaboration.

Experience with UK Biobank, ALSPAC, or other population databases is desirable.
