What Will You Be Doing?
  • Running your section confidently during service
  • Preparing, cooking, and presenting food to brand standards
  • Supporting daily mise en place and prep across the kitchen
  • Maintaining excellent kitchen cleanliness, organisation, and food safety standards
  • Working with the Sous and Head Chef to drive consistency and quality
  • Assisting in the training and development of junior chefs
What Do You Need?
  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef in a quality-led kitchen
  • Strong technical cooking skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to stay calm and organised during busy services
  • A positive, team-first attitude and a passion for food
  • Commitment to delivering high standards every day
