At The Alice, the all‑day dining restaurant within the iconic Randolph Hotel in Oxford, we serve classic British‑inspired dishes in a vibrant, design‑led setting. We’re now looking for a hands‑on, guest‑focused Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in leading the team and ensuring every guest enjoys a truly memorable dining experience.

• Lead the day‑to‑day operations of The Alice
• Leading and motivating the front‑of‑house team during busy shifts
• Delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining brand standards
• Overseeing reservations, floor planning, and smooth service execution
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
• Handling guest feedback with confidence and professionalism

• Previous supervisory or management experience in a quality‑led hospitality environment
• Strong leadership skills with a lead‑by‑example attitude
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A passion for hospitality, food, and creating memorable guest experiences
• Commercial awareness and the ability to support with KPIs and budgets
