A leading hospitality recruitment agency is seeking a skilled Kitchen Manager/Head Chef for a restaurant in Oxford. Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of experience in the branded restaurant or pub industry, capable of leading a team of 8 chefs in a high-volume environment. Responsibilities include maintaining high standards, managing stock control, and achieving profit targets. Applicants must be specialists in modern English and European cuisine, working approximately 48 hours a week.
