We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join a professional kitchen team. You will be responsible for preparing, cooking and presenting high-quality dishes to specification while maintaining excellent hygiene, quality and food cost control standards.

• Prepare, cook and present dishes according to recipes and standards.
• Support menu development and seasonal menu planning.
• Ensure dishes meet taste, quality and presentation standards before service.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness across your workstation and kitchen areas.
• Follow HACCP, food hygiene, health and safety regulations at all times.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to senior chefs.
• Minimise waste through correct food handling and storage.
• Assist with training and mentoring junior chefs and apprentices.
• Communicate effectively within the kitchen team and with front-of-house staff.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, including allergens.

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up.
• Passion for food quality and presentation.
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Team-focused with good communication skills.
