We’re looking for a hardworking, positive, and team-focused Kitchen Porter to join our fast-paced kitchen team at The Alchemist – a creative cocktail bar and restaurant.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in busy environments, enjoys working as part of a close‑knit team, and takes pride in keeping standards high while still having fun  kitchens work hard, move fast, laugh together, and support one another through every service.

• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation throughout the kitchen
• Supporting chefs and the wider kitchen team during busy services
• Washing dishes, equipment, and ensuring hygiene standards are consistently met
• Assisting with deliveries and stock organisation
• Helping create a smooth and efficient kitchen environment

• Strong teamwork and communication skills with a team‑first mindset
• Hardworking, reliable, and able to thrive under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
• Positive attitude with passion, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Respectful, cooperative, and eager to learn, grow, and support the wider team
