Benefit is Glowing… We Mean Growing… and we are currently searching for a Full‑time Counter Manager to make real connections in Boots Oxford! As a Counter Manager, you'll be instrumental in achieving sales targets and creating exceptional customer experiences.

• Lead and motivate Brow and Beauty Experts to hit and exceed sales goals, ensuring high service standards.
• Provide waxing, tinting, and tweezing services to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat appointments.
• Personally connect with customers, demonstrate products with passion, and consistently achieve individual sales targets.
• Conduct engaging daily team meetings, promote communication, and recognize achievements.
• Develop in‑store and external events, collaborations, product launches, and charity initiatives to boost sales and brand awareness.
• Maintain counter stock, monitor inventory, and report concerns to Area Manager.
• Act as a key communicator between store/department managers and area managers.
• Oversee daily, weekly, monthly, and annual administrative tasks to support store operations.
• Create fair and effective monthly staff rotas.
• Maintain hygiene and housekeeping standards for the counter and displays.

• Passion for make‑up and retail with focus on achieving sales targets.
• Result‑oriented and enjoys challenges.
• Desire to provide unique customer experience that drives loyalty.
• Flexible availability including weekends, late nights, bank holidays and holiday periods.
• Minimum 6 months retail experience with passion for sales success.
• Minimum 6 months of management experience.
