We are looking to add a Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) to our team. Our GSS will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring all store-level tasks are completed efficiently. We know you have many options when choosing where to work. What sets us apart?

Responsibilities
- Supervise staff to ensure they perform their duties effectively.
- Coach employees with constructive feedback.
- Greet guests and ensure an enjoyable shopping experience.
- Follow safety, security, and operational policies.
- Operate the point of sale system and manage cash processes.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
- Implement guest service programs consistently.
- Manage cash deposits, lottery, gift cards, and checks.
- Ensure products are replenished and in stock.
- Address guest inquiries and complaints.
- Check in vendors according to guidelines.

Qualifications
- Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

- Ability to work in varying temperatures.
Education
- High School Diploma or GED.
