As a Sales Associate at Victoria’s Secret, you’ll work in an exciting, engaging, fast‑paced environment, surrounded by a friendly and supportive team who share a passion for delivering the best customer experience.

- Customer Service – Share your love of our products and deliver exceptional experiences, from helping customers find their perfect fit to making every purchase seamless and memorable.
- Brand Bra Experience – Bring our brand bra fitting experience to life, offering customers expert advice on their size and the styles that suit their needs best.
- Visual Merchandising – With training, you’ll own the merchandising and presentation of our products, creating beautiful displays that guide customers to what they need… and what they didn’t even know they wanted.
- Keeping Store Standards – You’ll keep the store looking and running its best – from stock replenishment and deliveries to loss prevention and health & safety – making sure every visit feels seamless and inspiring.
- You have a passion for retail – Front‑ or back‑of‑house, you enjoy creating memorable, personalised experiences for every customer.
- You always think about the customer – You’re excited to grow your skills and product knowledge, and you take every opportunity to elevate the customer experience.
