The Sales Associate plays a key role in achieving our store standards and delivering a first‑class experience.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Act as the first point of contact for authorizing discounts and resolving customer queries.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, demonstrating in‑depth product knowledge.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers.
• Build outfits for customers and recommend additional products.
• Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
• Drive store KPIs and suggest ways to improve.
• Maintain shop and stock room presentation and organization.

• Have experience in hospitality or retail and can connect with consumers.
• Communicate effectively and collaborate to win.
• Inspire trust and celebrate the contributions and achievements of others.
• Adapt quickly to new situations.
• Act with purpose, showing a clear presence on the shop floor.
• Take ownership and make informed decisions to find in‑store solutions.
