• Assist customers in the store, providing natural and friendly service.
• Support customers in shopping and finding products.
• Work across the store—including service, picking, and replenishment areas—when required.
• Apply training to work safely, effectively and deliver excellent customer experience.
• Make customer‑centric decisions and deliver store routines that meet their needs.
• Take part in seasonal, community and charity events to foster an inclusive atmosphere.
• Monitor and promote store performance, contributing to service, sales, waste reduction and profit.
• Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure proper delivery to customers.
• Live Tesco values, make everyone feel welcome and follow all store policies.
• Accept deliveries into the store when required.
