Team Member, Retail

We’re now looking for a Team Member to provide exceptional customer service and work independently or as part of a team to deliver our fantastic store standards. We want you, our customers, and our colleagues to be proud to share their journey with us.

Our teams work hard to support customers and colleagues alike, offering our fantastic products to everyone on life’s many journeys. No two days are ever the same, but a typical day might include a combination of the following:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to all our customers.
• Carry out stock replenishment, ensuring all areas of the store remain tidy and inviting for our customers to shop whilst adhering to food hygiene standards.
• Prepare our much-loved products, including making sandwiches and managing the ovens.
• Meet high standards of display and visual merchandising helping customers find what they're looking for easily.
• Be part of a team and support colleagues.

• A passion for customers having an exceptional experience in store.
• Confident in communicating within the team.
• A willingness to learn.
• Supporting an inclusive culture – recognising and valuing that difference is good.
• Motivated to achieve fantastic results and standards.
• Adaptable to meet company requirements and goals.
