Hours:

Full time (37.5 hours) and Part time (30 hours or 22.5 hours).

Contract:

Permanent. Flexibility: 8.5 hour shifts per day including 1-hour unpaid meal break. Applicants must be flexible to work both morning and late shift patterns. Full weekend availability is required. Salary:
Starting rate of £14.80 per hour.

• Offer a rewarding shopping experience—from the fitting rooms to the high‑tech tills—by being attentive and responsive to customers’ needs.
• Maintain a clean, well‑stocked, organised and beautifully presented store to inspire customers.
• Monitor sales and inventory; adjust visual displays and stock levels for each style, colour and size to meet demand.
• Collaborate with all colleagues, support teammates and help create a strong, united team.
• Champion the recycling programme, promote repair services and participate in local community activities.
• Assist with retail technology; contribute to content for social media, the styling app or livestream channel if interested in the spotlight.

On‑the‑job training: develop customer service and store operation skills in real‑time with an experienced trainer on site.

Classroom training: join colleagues from multiple stores with a trainer to learn company values, history and best practices.

Digital learning tools: access self‑paced learning, online manuals and quizzes to secure product knowledge and shop‑floor standards.
