We are looking for a General Grounds Assistant to join our team at The Oxford Collection—a small, privately owned group of two luxury 5
* hotels and apartments, and three restaurants. Having recently undergone a complete refurbishment programme, we have 80 bedrooms across three iconic properties in central Oxford, with unrivalled views across the city’s beautiful skyline.

• Ensure all back‑of‑house and building external areas are clean and tidy.
• Assist with the general upkeep and appearance of company property externally, including pavements and surrounding buildings/areas.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and storing any deliveries to ensure fire exits and goods in the entrance are kept clear and tidy.
• Work closely with and report to the Maintenance Manager.

• Self‑motivated, driven, proactive, and positive “can do” attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised, with the ability to work under pressure.

• Salary: up to £13.13 per hour, including non‑contractual tronc (service charge), working 20 hours per week, over 5 days, 4 hours per day (Monday to Friday).
