About the RoleThe Concession Manager leads store operations, ensuring a first‑class customer experience and driving sales performance across both TOMMY HILFIGER and TOMMY JEANS brands.
Responsibilities- Partner with Area Manager to build business opportunities and meet company standards: sales and wage budgets, sales per hour, units per transaction, conversion rate, wage and expense control, shrinkage, mystery shops, store audits, and profitability.
- Identify opportunities to grow business and improve performance.
- Foster a positive store experience by treating customers and staff fairly.
- Perform manager‑on‑duty functions, including store opening/closing and sales floor management.
- Ensure “door‑to‑floor” best practices, visual merchandising standards, and back‑room execution.
- Daily manage sales, payroll, controllable expenses, goals, and company initiatives.
- Analyze store‑level reports and create action plans to improve results.
- Lead weekly management meetings and participate in regional meetings.
- Set challenging yet attainable goals emphasizing service quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
- Coordinate action plans while considering budget implications.
- Communicate daily with staff on sales goals, KPIs, product sales, and other key information.
- Assist in manpower planning, recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and orientation of store personnel.
- Own training and development of employees; ensure proper orientation and role training.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly training and coaching, and document accordingly.
- Extensive experience engaging consumers in a brand retailer setting.
- Experience with retail operations, budgeting, planning, sales, and people management.
- Previous people‑management experience with a focus on conflict resolution.
- Effective communication skills and ability to cultivate belonging.
- Collaborative mindset that recognizes and celebrates contributions.
- Confidence in giving feedback that promotes positive behavioral change.
- Adaptability and ability to work at a fast pace.
- Energetic presence on the shop floor that inspires trust.
