Sales Advisor

Overview

These are permanent full-time 35 hour positions based in the H&M Oxford store in the Westgate Shopping Centre. For this position we will require full flexibility, including weekends.

• Represent the H&M Brand positively and engage with customers to provide an excellent service and an exciting shopping experience.
• Support commercial and operational actions with colleagues to reach store goals and sales targets.
• Keep informed about the latest fashion trends, brands and competitors, using your knowledge to inspire and guide customers.
• Provide and receive feedback to support learning and development for yourself and your colleagues.
• Be passionate about people and fashion; self-motivated and able to motivate others to ensure strong teamwork.
• Clear communication, creativity and curiosity.
• Be motivated to contribute to H&M s vision, helping us to achieve success.
