Joe Pep Golf at Oxford Golf Club is looking for an enthusiastic and organised Retail Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of our busy Professional Shop. You will work closely with Head Professional Joe Pepperell to drive retail performance, manage stock, and deliver an outstanding experience for members and visitors.
The role offers 40 hours per week, weekend and bank holiday work, 28 days annual leave, commission opportunities, and ongoing Foremost Golf training to develop your retail
