We're recruiting for an Assistant Manager to join a successful fashion retailer in Nottingham. Working 32 hours per week, you'll play a key role in supporting the Store Manager, leading the team and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

The Role You'll support the day-to-day running of the store, helping to drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service and lead the team by example. You'll be responsible for:
Supporting and developing the team Driving sales and KPI performance Delivering an outstanding customer experience Maintaining excellent store standards Supporting stock and operational processes Leading the store in the Store Manager's absence What We're Looking For You'll have experience as an Assistant Manager , Supervisor, Keyholder or Team Leader within a fast-paced retail environment.
