C2 Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Seasonal Retail Manager for a busy charity shop in Oxford during the Christmas period (October to December 2026). This temporary role pays £12.71 per hour and offers both full-time and part-time opportunities.
You’ll lead a team of volunteers, manage rotas, drive sales and ensure excellent customer service while keeping stock and displays up to standard. Prior retail or supervisory experience is preferred.
