NEXT is seeking a part-time Customer Service Assistant in our Oxford store. You will provide fast, friendly service, help customers find products, and share knowledge about our ranges.
You will work across sales floors, stockrooms and deliveries, taking ownership of your development while benefiting from flexible working options. Role requires strong communication, a calm and efficient approach during busy periods and a willingness to go the extra mile to help customers.
