The Role We are currently looking to recruit a confident Sales Assistant to join our friendly team at our thriving Hatton Garden Store. You will be the face of the store, delivering a reliable and friendly service to our customers, offering advice and expertise on our range of products and ensuring our customers have everything they need. Key responsibilities
- Giving expert advice to customers at the Sales Counter.

- Getting involved with the preparation of Click & Collect orders.

- Serving the Click & Collect customers.

- Getting stuck in with the delivery and helping with other Stock Control-related duties.

- Getting to learn about the latest Technology in Big Tools (we give demonstrations to customers on Laser Welders, CNC Cutters/Engravers and more!) About you To succeed in this role, you will need previous experience in a customer-facing role, a desire to deliver excellent customer service and to go the extra mile to get the job done. An interest in jewellery making and tech would be beneficial, but not essential.
