General Assistant - Notcutts Garden Centre

We are recruiting for a weekend part‑time position - 6 hours. The role will include working Bank Holidays on a rota basis as part of the wider team. Flexibility is required, as additional hours may be needed during peak trading periods.

You have the magic touch of making a display look 'just right'. We know it’s about your attention to detail and making sure customers can see what they need to find, but there’s a talent that goes into making retail displays look really special.

We are looking for a General Assistant to join our busy team. As with the seasons, our centres are always changing, and you’ll be bringing inspiration to our customers, just as we have for 125 years. You are likely to have had recent experience working within a department store or homeware/giftware/garden products retail business, as the successful candidate will be working within these areas of retail as well as working on our tills.

You’ll thrive on being part of a motivated team, contributing towards the successful operation across different areas of our Garden Centre. You will want to be part of a company that supports our colleagues to develop in their chosen careers.
