As our Customer Advisor in our Oxford Store, you'll be joining a friendly team making the connection between Neals Yard Remedies and our customers. This is a great time to join our fun and collaborative team, whothrive on providing a high touch customer service. Help us count down the doors on our Advent Calendar, whilst supporting the Store Manager in maximising sales opportunities, using your warm andcaring approach, to build lasting relationship with a customer inspired approach.

You will be part of our knowledgeable and friendly team who are passionate about sharing their experience on skincare, our products,wellness, and therapies, giving expert advice to guide customers in finding the best products for their needs. You’ll be a real people person, able to handle ever changing priorities withease, naturally friendly and approachable with a caring attitude and comfortable to demonstrate products, including mini-facials and arm massages.
