Monday to Thursday from 8:30am to 6pm, Friday 8:30am to 5pm and Saturdays from 9:30am to 4:30pm (day in lieu).

Please note that you must have a full UK Driving Licence & access to your own car.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Negotiator to join our dynamic estate agency team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for property and a flair for sales to thrive in a fast paced and rewarding environment. As a Sales Negotiator, you'll be the key point of contact for buyers and vendors, responsible for generating new business, arranging and conducting viewings, and progressing sales through to completion.

• Register and quality new applicants.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Generate new business through canvassing, call outs and referrals.
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers.
• Maintain regular contact with clients and provide professional advice.
• Achieve personal and branch sales targets.
• Support the team with marketing and promotional activities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and company procedures.

• Previous experience in residential sales or a strong sales background (property experience preferred, but not essential).
• Confident, enthusiastic and target driven.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Organised, proactive and able to work well under pressure.
