🚀 We’re looking for a hunter. A closer. A deal-maker in C&I Energy Storage for our growing business here at Palmer Energy Technology Ltd (PETL)
The C&I BESS market is moving fast — behind-the-meter storage, peak shaving, resilience, energy cost optimisation are some of the benefits to offer end customers.
What we don’t need is an account farmer.
What we do need is a Business Development Manager who opens doors and closes deals.
⚡ This role is for you if:- You’re comfortable with cold outreach, long cycles, and complex stakeholders
- You own the deal from first conversation to signature
- You thrive selling solutions, not products
- Commercial & Industrial BESS solutions
- High-value, technically credible projects
- Hunting new C&I customers
- Building and qualifying pipeline
Managing the full sales cycle
- Direct impact on revenue and growth
- High level of accountability
- Hybrid role with occasional travel to the Oxford head office
