Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive Specialist Waylands Kia, Oxford

If so, you could be just who Waylands are looking for as we are looking to recruit a PBV Specialist to join our growing team at our new Kia dealership in Oxford.

Waylands is a successful and growing motor retail group, with 15 representation points across the Thames Valley and the M4 corridor, extending into South Wales.

What’s the Job?
  • To be the face of KIA’s PBV commercial vans from our all-new principal location in Kidlington.
  • To sell and deliver new and used Kia PBV commercial vans, ensuring all sales targets are achieved, profit margins are maintained, and documented processes are followed in line with company and manufacturer standards.
  • The role will focus on retail customers, local business, and an element of larger fleet.
  • The right candidate will be the face of PBV in the branch, adhere to the Waylands Sales Process, deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct sales using professional techniques aligned with dealership and manufacturer processes.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of products, services, promotions, and finance options.
  • Ensure accurate documentation for purchases, compliance, and sales processes.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to improve retention and loyalty.
  • Ensure all enquiries are recorded with accurate customer information on CRM systems.
  • Ensure customers receive complete product and promotional information.
  • Arrange, collect, and hand over vehicles in line with company procedures.
