Job Title
Business Development Manager – Latam
Reports toSales & Marketing Director

Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain lasting relationships with new and existing agents and schools
- Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing Director to expand the school network and secure group and individual bookings directly from schools
- Partner with the Senior Admissions Executive to manage enquiries from agents in the region
- Develop new ETO relationships and grow sales from existing ETOs through strong relationship management
- Plan and coordinate overseas visits to schools and ETO offices
- Identify and book student recruitment fairs and agent fairs in agreement with the Sales & Marketing Director
- Set up and deliver a series of global webinars to train and recruit new ETOs
- Respond to partner enquiries in a timely, professional and appropriate manner
- Maintain accurate and detailed records using the internal CRM and other digital systems
- Serve as the first point of contact for key partners, communicating accurate details about EFL courses and providing updates on all developments
- Generate quotes for bespoke groups in conjunction with the marketing team where required
- Help coordinate and lead FAM trips, recruiting agents to join them
- Produce group quotes for bespoke programmes in partnership with the Head of EFL
- Perform any other duties in line with the Business Development objective
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven track record of success in a similar role within the EFL summer school sector
- Experience working within Europe with an established network of agent partners
- Target‑driven, self‑starter capable of developing and closing business opportunities
- Strong relationship management skills with an ability to work effectively with external sales partners
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to inspire students and partners
- Ability to manage tasks effectively and meet deadlines
- Great attention to detail and high numeracy
- Confidence with Excel and online tools such as Google Drive
- Demonstrable experience of working with a CRM
- Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese
