Commercial Account Executive

We are looking for a Commercial Account Executive to join the Howden Consumer & Local Commercial team.

• Build rapport with new and existing clients ranging from sole traders to MD/CEO of large organisations.
• Work closely with the Branch Manager to achieve sales objectives.
• Win new business and develop long‑lasting relationships with B2B clients.
• Identify and explore new business opportunities to drive the best outcome for clients.
• Consultatively assess client requirements, advise on products and solutions, and find a "path to yes".

• Experience in winning new business and building B2B relationships.
• Passion for developing business through marketing, community engagement, networking, client meetings.
• Tenacious, business curious, proactive learner.
• Consultative skills, ability to question effectively, active listening, comprehensive understanding of client needs.

• 22 days holiday (plus bank holidays), increasing with length of service.
