Territory Account Manager

Salary: Base Salary + Unlimited Commission Frame

Ziebe Ltd is part of the Förch Group based in Germany. We specialise in the supply of automotive aftermarket, commercial, agricultural, industrial, building, engineering and marine ‘C-Parts’ exclusively to trade customers. We partner with market leading suppliers and distribute daily via our central logistics centre.

Our sales force is the heart of our company. The successful candidate will be in direct, daily contact with their customers. You will work closely with your customers to provide advice and sell solutions via our product range of over 6000+ article lines.

• Drive sales growth:
  Achieve realistic sales targets by promoting our products to new and existing customers
• Customer relationship management:
  Maintain strong relationships with your customers. Ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Market developments: identify new opportunities within your area
• Product knowledge:
  Gain a full understanding of our Top selling lines, including the Förch Article range of over 100,000+

• Ideally some sales skills and expertise (trainee salespeople will be considered)
• Highly motivated self-starter attitude
• Willingness to learn
• A full UK driving license

• Complete in-house product training, with demonstrations and selling techniques taught to enable a successful customer presentation
• Skill Based Sales Training, In-house and within the field, on monthly workouts with the sales management
• Long term development plan, including training trips to Förch headquarter in Germany
• Opportunities for future career progression within the business
• Automatic company car and fuel card. Also available for private use
