Overview

We're looking for a Senior Wholesale Manager to lead and grow our UK and EU wholesale business. Drive sales performance across franchise partners, key accounts, sales agents and wholesale customers. Deliver an exceptional customer experience through every stage of the wholesale journey. Develop and execute the regional sales strategy and identify new business opportunities. Strengthen existing customer relationships and lead the Wholesale Sales team.

Oversee account management, order fulfilment and customer service performance. Drive continuous improvements across the customer journey. Accountable for the overall wholesale sales performance across the UK and Europe.

Responsibilities
  • Drive sales performance across franchise partners, key accounts, sales agents and wholesale customers.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience through every stage of the wholesale journey.

Qualifications
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver commercial strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Strong wholesale sales leadership experience across key accounts, franchise partners and sales agents.
  • Demonstrated success in business development and identifying new growth opportunities.
  • Excellent relationship-building and key account management skills.
  • Ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service and long-term partnerships.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Highly organised, results-driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
