Key Responsibilities Welcoming customers into the dealership and identifying their vehicle requirements. Presenting and demonstrating new and used vehicles. Arranging and conducting test drives. Managing the entire sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover. Promoting finance, insurance, and additional products in line with compliance standards. Following up leads and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. Building long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Ensuring all customer interactions deliver an outstanding experience. What We're Looking For Previous experience in automotive sales is desirable, although strong sales experience from other sectors will be considered. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. A driven, target-focused attitude with a passion for achieving results. Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities. Professional appearance and approach. Full UK driving licence. What's On Offer £40,000 - £50,000 OTE.
