Responsibilities- Conduct market appraisals, viewings and negotiations to successful completion.
- Secure property instructions within company guidelines to achieve business targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers and professional introducers.
- Identify opportunities to grow market share and generate new business.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Build lasting relationships with clients while upholding Knight Frank’s reputation and values.
- Demonstrate strong negotiation skills and a consistent track record of delivering results.
