About the RoleWe are looking for exceptional estate agents to drive our Oxford and Cotswolds markets in our Summertown and Cirencester offices. You will be responsible for winning instructions, building market share and delivering exceptional client service.
QualificationsProperty experience is advantageous but not essential. We are looking for outstanding communicators with interpersonal skills, commercial awareness, and a natural ability to build trust and influence.
Responsibilities- Conducting market appraisals, viewings and negotiations to successful completion.
- Securing property instructions within company guidelines to achieve business targets.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with buyers, sellers and professional introducers.
- Identifying opportunities to grow market share and generate new business.
- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Building lasting relationships with clients while upholding Knight Frank's reputation and values.
- Demonstrating strong negotiation skills and a consistent track record of delivering results.
- Being self-motivated, organised and driven to exceed targets.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider business to maximise opportunities.
