Product Demonstrator; Agriculture

Position: Product Demonstrator (Agriculture)
Alexander James Recruiting is currently looking for a professional Product Demonstrator to work for a well-established supplier of various agricultural equipment to assist their sales team with purchases at their depot and across the Midlands & Home Counties. With a package to include a competitive salary as well as a company car this is an excellent opportunity for an individual passionate about farming & agriculture equipment to take on a new role.

Responsibilities

Planning, moving, installing and demonstrating agricultural machinery to required customers/audiences across your trading territory
Carry out handover’s to both business’s and consumer’s for products to include tractor’s, combine harvester’s and other agricultural equipment
Cooperate effectively with the sales, service and parts team to prepare machines for demonstration and delivery
Ensure equipment is cleaned and prepared to the highest standard
Attend various agricultural shows and exhibitions

Requirements The successful candidate will be an individual with a strong appreciation, passion and experience of various agricultural equipment having operated them to some level. You will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with strong organisational and time management abilities. A proactive approach to problem solving, the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a positive, can-do attitude are essential.

The successful individual will be given a strong induction and training but ultimately will need a background within agriculture. In terms of location you will preferably based within Oxfordshire given you will be required at the depot there frequently.
