IT Sales Account Manager

We're working with a well-established and growing IT solutions provider to find an experienced IT Sales Executive / Account Manager. This is a sales and account management role focused on new business generation and managing existing client relationships, with a strong commercial focus on driving Gross Profit.

The Role

You'll own the full sales cycle — from prospecting through to quoting, order processing and fulfilment — for a range of IT products and services. This is a role for someone commercially sharp, technically curious, and comfortable working autonomously to hit GP targets.

What You'll Be Doing

• Actively prospect for new business across multiple channels (phone, email, social media) while managing and growing a portfolio of existing accounts
• Build competitive customer quotes by sourcing the best available pricing from suppliers and manufacturers, maximising margin through channel practices such as stock-in-channel, deal registration and special bids
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's IT products, technologies and services
• Manage the sales cycle end-to-end — quotation, order processing, and generating corresponding purchase orders
• Become fully proficient in the internal systems and tools used to run the sales process
