Sales Administrator

Sales Administrator Salary up to £32,000 Aylesbury Butler Rose is working with a client in Aylesbury that is seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Administrator to join its busy, customer-focused team. This role is responsible for supporting the sales process from order management through to invoicing, coordinating engineer schedules, maintaining customer records, and delivering excellent customer service

Key Responsibilities Manage sales orders and ensure smooth progression through to invoicing. Coordinate activities between Sales, Finance and Logistics teams. Schedule engineer workloads, installations and maintenance visits. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. Handle customer enquiries via phone and email. Produce reports and support data management activities. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service levels. About You Looking for someone with life experiences, good customer service experience and ideally someone who has worked with technical products (like medical).

Previous administration experience. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word. Excellent communication and organisational skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines. Knowledge of Microsoft Business Central would be advantageous.
