Agile Business Advisor - Clerkenwell

Are you a commercially minded people person who enjoys building strong relationships, influencing decision-makers and managing your own territory? We're looking for a proactive and motivated Agile Business Adviser for a 12 Month FTC to join a leading global consumer goods organisation. In this field-based role, based in Central and North West London area. Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic role?

Are you naturally curious, highly motivated, a quick-thinker, and driven by personal growth, performance, and KPIs. In this role you' ll partner with independent retailers, supermarkets, petrol stations and regional accounts, helping them unlock commercial opportunities and drive product performance across their stores. What you'll be doing:
Managing your own geographical territory Building strong, long-lasting relationships with shop owners and key decision-makers Advising retailers on product availability, merchandising and category performance Negotiating trading agreements and identifying commercial opportunities Delivering against agreed sales and distribution targets Analysing store and market data to identify growth opportunities Educating retailers and store teams on products, promotions and best practices Planning and executing activities to maximise business performance across your territory

What we're looking for:

Previous experience in field sales, account management, business development or retail management Excellent relationship-building, communication and influencing skills Strong commercial awareness with confident negotiation ability Self-motivated, organised and able to manage your own territory effectively Comfortable using data and insights to identify opportunities and drive performance Full UK driving licence What's in it for you:
