The Role As a Sales Negotiator, you will:
Book and conduct property viewings Register and qualify applicants Match buyers with suitable properties Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, vendors and prospective clients Proactively follow up enquiries and maximise sales opportunities Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process Support the wider team in achieving branch targets Contribute to the continued growth and success of the business Sales Negotiator requirements:
Previous experience within a sales-based role Previous Estate Agency experience would be advantageous Strong customer service and communication skills Confident and professional approach when dealing with clients Comfortable working within a busy, fast-paced team environment Motivated, ambitious and target-driven mindset Proactive approach with a strong work ethic Excellent relationship-building skills Full UK driving licence is essential What's on Offer?
