Business Development Manager Chichester | £45,000  Excellent Commission | Fully Office Based | International Travel We are working with an established and growing organisation based in Chichester to recruit an ambitious and commercially driven Business Development Manager . This is an exciting opportunity for a confident sales professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying new commercial opportunities and developing business across international markets.

Experience with in financial services would be highly desirable , with candidates who have additional language skills particularly welcome.

The Role As Business Development Manager, you will take ownership of developing new business opportunities, building a strong international client network and contributing directly to the continued growth of the organisation. You will be responsible for:
Identifying and developing new business opportunities across UK and international markets Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients Managing the full business development cycle from initial contact through to conversion Conducting market research and identifying new sectors, markets and commercial opportunities Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals Attending meetings, conferences and industry events both in the UK and internationally Regular international travel to meet clients and develop new relationships Working closely with internal teams to ensure a high-quality client experience Maintaining accurate CRM records and reporting on pipeline activity and sales performance Contributing to the development of the wider commercial strategy About You We are looking for a commercially focused individual who is confident engaging with senior stakeholders and comfortable operating in an international business environment.

Ideally, you will have:
Proven experience in business development, B2B sales or commercial account management Ideally, experience within financial services, professional services or a related sector A strong track record of developing new business and winning clients Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills The confidence to engage with senior decision-makers A proactive, target-driven and commercially minded approach The ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline A professional and credible approach when representing the business internationally Willingness and ability to undertake regular international travel Additional language skills would be a distinct advantage , particularly European or other internationally relevant languages Excellent written and verbal English What's on Offer?
