We are an established company specialising in manufacturing of a wide variety of food products that are found across FMCG and Food service. Traditionally our core focus has been retail and in-store bakery sectors, but in recent years we have made strides in developing our relationships with clients across Food service and OOH. Our range of products is comprehensive and includes a wide range of bakery confectionary products in addition to some high end dairy lines.

Our focus is on quality and we are able to work on NPD projects with potential clients in order to meet the exact requirements of their brands. Due to the breadth of our range our clients include hotels, leisure, QSR, Casual Dining, Restaurant Groups and contract catering. As a result of increased focus to develop our Food service/OOH division we are seeking to add further Food service NAMs to the team to help us achieve our ambitious growth plans.

THE ROLE:

This role is a key opportunity within our commercial structure. You will be responsible for supporting with development and winning of new accounts across profit sector food service. The role involves managing a portfolio of existing accounts – but also developing a new business plan to attain further customers. For larger projects NPD will also be a focus, liaising with both development chefs and buyers within target organisations.

This can involve complex and long term tendering for contracts led business with National customers. Our Food service team is a small but passionate and hard working group who work closely together with apositive culture and this is a great opportunity for someone to join the team and share our passion for promoting our brands. THE APPLICANT. We are looking to speak to candidates with a proven track record of winning Food service accounts at buyer level.

· Candidates must have a proven track record of sales within the Food service sector
· Candidates must have previous experience at working with Group led end user National Accounts in the Food service sector.
· Experience of profit sector groups including hotels, restaurants, QSR, contract catering and casual dining will be of specific interest.
· Candidates must have strong relationship building skills and enjoy working as part of a team.
