Security Team Leader (Nights).
Laing O'Rourke, C/O of Select Security are recruiting a project-based security team leader to run our nighttime security team on one of our exciting construction projects within Oxford.
As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating our night shift security operations. This will involve leading and motivating a team of dedicated security officers, ensuring the highest standards of security for the project. If you are a proactive leader with a strong work ethic, excellent computer skills, and the ability to manage schedules effectively, we encourage you to apply.

- Excellent pay rate of £14.55 per hour based on experience

- Average of 54 hours per week
- Team Leadership:
Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of security officers working during night shifts. - Patrol:
Conduct mobile security patrols to various client locations throughout the night. - SIA License:
Hold and maintain a valid SIA (Security Industry Authority) license. - Scheduling:
Effectively schedule and allocate security personnel to meet client requirements and maintain a high level of service. - Report Management:
Utilise computer skills to generate and maintain incident reports, activity logs, and other documentation as needed. - Client Relations:
Build and maintain strong relationships with the project through liaison with the Security Supervisor, addressing their concerns and ensuring their security needs are met. - Emergency Response:
Coordinate and respond to security‑related emergencies, ensuring the safety of all personnel and property
