Job Title: Security Supervisor

Location: CEVA Logistics Stanton Harcourt,OX29 5SL

Working Hours: 4 on 4 off shift pattern, 6:00-18:00 - average 42 hours per week

Pay Rate: £14.35 per hour

Reporting to: Operations Manager

Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a reliable and experienced Security Supervisor to join our established security team on our prestigious contract with a national logistics company Ceva, based in Stanton Harcourt, Oxfordshire.

You will play a key role in maintaining site safety, security,and smooth daily operations. Duties will include controlling access, bookingvehicles in and out, monitoring CCTV, completing patrols, and dealingprofessionally with visitors, drivers, contractors, and site personnel. The successful candidate must be comfortable working across different site environments and be able to carry out duties both indoors and outdoors, including in varying weather conditions.

The successful candidate must have a valid SIA Licence as a minimum. You will be required to provide a high level of customer service to visitors to the site, complete patrols and remain vigilant at all times.

• Booking vehicles in and out of site accurately and professionally
• Monitoring and operating CCTV systems where required
• Controllingaccess and managing visitors, drivers, contractors, and staff
• Carrying out regular site patrols, both indoors and outdoors
• Maintaining accurate records, logs, and incident reports
• Responding to incidents appropriately and escalating where required
• Ensuring site rules, assignment instructions, and procedures are followed at alltimes
• Providinga professional, approachable, and helpful security presence
• Supporting site operations during busy periods, holidays, sickness, and short-notice cover
• Maintaining high standards of conduct, safety, security, and appearance

• Musthold a valid SIA Licence.
• Reliable,professional, and punctual.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role is desirable.
• Have strong communication and customer service skills.
• Beable to follow Assignment Instructions and site-specific procedures.
• Confident working independently and as part of a team.
• Willingto complete training for each site supported.
• Maintaina professional appearance and attitude at all times.
• Full5-year employment checkable history
• Mustbe willing to carry out both indoor and outdoor security duties.
