Commercial Gas Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Commercial Gas Engineer for a temp-to-perm role with a leading UK nationwide company. You will be providing site-based solutions for installation, service, repair, and maintenance to building services-related customer needs, including planned maintenance, reactive repairs, and minor works.

The Commercial Gas Engineer will be expected to:

Perform installation, service, repair, and maintenance work in compliance with industry standards and Approved Codes of Practice.
Carry out planned maintenance and reactive repairs within set timescales.
Install new heating systems and system improvements.
Ensure timely completion of all work and report any exceptions.
Work across multiple sectors, including schools, residential, and commercial properties.
Cover regions including Oxford, Birmingham, and Southampton, with 1 day per week working away (hotel and food allowance provided).
The Commercial Gas Engineer will need:

Full Commercial ACS
Commercial Gas/Safety qualifications.
Knowledge of water hygiene and legionella regulations.
In return, the Commercial Gas Engineer will receive:
Temp Phase (first 12 weeks):

£31  £35 per hour
Hotel and food allowance for the weekly working-away day
Tools provided
Permanent Opportunity (after 12 weeks):

Base salary up to £50,000 per annum
