This is a secure, long-term opportunity within a well-established and expanding contract.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out high-quality plumbing repairs and multi-trade maintenance works in occupied and void properties Complete jobs efficiently, aiming for first-time fixes Work to agreed budgets and timescales Support site inspections and quality checks when required Ensure all work complies with Health & Safety standards Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach at all times Essential Requirements:
Proven experience as a Plumber Multi Trader Full UK driving licence Desirable:
Experience working within social housing
