We are looking for an Anti Social Behaviour Officer to join our Housing Team in Oxfordshire, to contribute to developing a safe and inclusive community for our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Apply housing knowledge while tackling all forms of hate crime, nuisance and anti-social behaviour.
  • Manage your own caseload and build effective working relationships with external agencies, including the police and legal advisors.
  • Make a big difference to people's lives within an experienced, supportive and supportive team.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience of anti-social behaviour related housing management services or transferable skills and experience from a similar customer‑facing role.
  • Experience of dealing with challenging behaviour and resolving conflict.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding, mental health and the process of going to court.
  • The ability to be self‑motivated and highly organised.
  • Strong IT skills including MS Office.
  • The ability to establish, develop and maintain effective working relationships with all work colleagues, contractors and partnering agencies (Disability Confident).

The role is permanent, and you'll be working full time.

Starting salary: £32,000 - £40,000 depending on your experience.

Travel:
You need to be happy to travel with a full driving licence and access to your own transport to support the customers in your area.

A basic DBS check will be completed if you are successful.
